With a great love for Dolce and Gabbana's Spring 2012 collection, I decided to make a pair of Dolce and Gabbana inspired earrings to go with The Touch of Mint Necklace I made this week seen (HERE)! I had these black hoop earrings for a while, but never wore them because I have dark hair and they just blend in with my hair too much. So, I decided to add some color to them and use my inspiration photo I had saved on my computer of Dolce and Gabbana's earrings from their Spring 2012's Collections. I love the way they turned out and I am tempted to keep them for myself they are so cute!
Touch of Mint Earrings
$20
Only 1 Pair Available!
Earrings are made with gold-colored wire, antique brass jump rings, and chalk turquoise beads in blue and mint green.
*Earrings are approximately 3" in length and are still light-weight so they won't weigh down on your ears much.

These earrings are not by any means that similar, but I love how they took a simple hoop and attached the garlic and pepper charms on the bottom! I like how they swing and move when walking, which is what I was trying to achieve when I created my own version. What do you think of Dolce and Gabbana's Spring 2012 collection? What I love most, is the accessories like the shoes and handbags and their use of woven materials that are so light and perfect for the Summer time! Here are some inspiration pictures that are my favorite from their collection.
